It's been known since a few days now, but now here is the absolute proof with these images. Yes you heard it right, there will be a female Spartan in Dead or Alive 4, the story behind this should be interesting, to say the least :)

Cool, what fighting style does the Spartan use? Close combat a la Metal Gear Solid 3? Halo 3 will look a lot better.

I agree that Halo 2 will look a lot better (reflections, self shadowing and better battle damage) but this sure does look pretty regardless!

This looks great. Still rather flat looking without any self shadows on the main characters. In picture 8 (the red and green Spartans) should'nt the blue light from the sheild nearby be reflecting onto the Spartans?

i like the motion blur effect, but as for buying the game just coz it has a spartan, it just aint worth it.

Damn why is this so special? At least the helmet display of 'her' could be made a little reflective. It's the 360 guys! That, and the cheap blur effects make this a title I'm never going to buy. Can't see graphical difference with DOA3...

The model is nice, but the poor effects of the DOA4 engine (reflections, shadowing, etc.) are even more glaring as the only difference between this and the Halo2 MC model is the texture resolution (which won't be anywhere near as noticable on a regular TV :/ ). The environment is also superbly underwhelming.
Color me unimpressed. I really don't get you, Itagaki...
