Fight Night 3 demo video

Electronic Arts had the excellent idea to release a playable demo of Fight Night Round 3 on the Xbox Live Market Place last night, so I just had to make a video of it. As always I play very poorly, but you should be used to it by now :) I have to say these are the most impressive graphics I've ever got to see running in realtime on my TV ever, wow !

Well about those poly's, sure the character models have a huge amount of poly's but that really is about it. Just look at the surroundings, we're talking fake flat things at the sidelines and a lot of textures are awfol. Dont get me wrong it looks fine but i still think EA sucks. You have to remember that we're talking about a very small envriroment here, only a square flat ground where ony two characters can move. And like i said before even with the room being small things on the sidelines still look awfull, so do the rope textures and that of the ring floor. Sure the character look pretty good(pretty good??? YES just look at the replay's with everything zoomed in on a face, especially the things surrounding the mouth don't look that great) and the look way better then that of NBA life 06 for example, but in that game you got way more characters and bigger surroundings. What am i trying to say here? This game really isn't that much better than EA's other games.

you know people bashed doa4 for not looking as good as FN3.. (not that i could see why they'd want to fight with hot girls in crap enviorments like FN3 has)
but you know there is a price for all that fancy sweat technology.. and that price is around 30fps with slowdowns. DOA4 runs at 60.

OMG...when are you people going to get it?! E3 was a freakin' REAL TIME TECH DEMO! It was NOT the actual game....how can you not understand that? And how can you say the game looks "ok"...this game is the best looking game on the 360 right now...so the backgrounds aren't as detailed, so what...your not going to be paying attention to that anyways.
I'll say it again E3 2005 WAS A REAL TIME TECH DEMO...please allow it to sink in before saying that this game doesn't look as good as the E3 video...

Meh, who cares about E3.
The graphics rock in the demo. The only things I'd complain about are the funny motion capture when the boxers fall down. It seems kinda jerky. Really though, the graphics are fantastiche, well done EA. I love it when it goes slowmo and then you pull off your special move. That just feels so good.
Honestly though... if this is first-gen Xbox 360 then I don't what to think of what Half-life 3 would be like, lol.

... so get the game, get a friend to model your own face, model your friend and take these fighters to the boxing ring! Then you'll "feel" the pain when being hit, and you'll experience how detailled the characters look in FNR3.
