Love the Yellow saber cat shadow, now that looks awesome. (i knew marumaro was the dude)

This waiting is killing me, seriously, I haven't wanted a game this bad since Shenmue 2 on the DC. :S

The Special form of the bat looks pretty cool also.

WOW you said it acidote lol. Maru's shadow is incredible what in the world.... I honestly still can't believe how friggin cool that thing looks.

Maru has one of the coolest looking shadows... Everyone pray with me... lets all hope each character's shadow has more than one of those fancy transformations... atleast I HOPE they do!

Well, Optimus, what I do think is that those dragons have multiple levels of being summoned. In the movies we've seen so far, the dragons always come from the shadows of their masters, but on these scans, you see that they have their own feet. Maybe that a further level of summoning them or something! :D

That'd be awesome if there was a higher level of summoning them beyond just them showing up to do a single attack, but I don't think they'd give us so much power...

Actually even if those are the only transformed shadow types that exist I atleast hope they have atleast 3 more special limit break type moves that they do. Like we've already seen shu's full dragon do a super attack at tgs now I'm hoping the dragon has more abilities like that atleast he better! They can't just tease us like this :)

If there is no more advanced form of summoning the full fledged shadows and keeping them around I'm pretty sure there will be one such ability in Blue Dragon 2 (or i hope).

I would love it if in blue dragon 2 they made us work a bit to summon the more powerful versions of our shadows

Sorta like a parappa the rapper minigame where we had to input the proper commands (while our character is doing these special summoning motions) if we screw it up too bad the summon doesn't come.

From what i gather Optimus, the real forms are limit breaks, you build up TP and have to meet certain requirements (might be hard for me to pull one of these off in Japanese :P).

I hope they keep the same real forms but they can learn new abilities much like in FF7 you get different limit break levels.

Hopefully that is the case anyway :)

Yea Jollipop thats what I hope as well. I hope its like ff7 and you can learn new abilities. Man looking at these shadows I now realize why they opted for a more simplistic character design (in terms of clothing) Looking at these cool shadows there is just no need for the characters to have anymore accessories than they already do (in terms of clothing and other accessories) The dragons are a representation of each character's heart so I think they complement eachother rather nicely.

It isn't enough just seeing those creatures I would love to see what they look like attacking especially maru's saber :) Maru could end up being the vincent of this game :D (with some of the cooler limit break abilities)

Hehe xion blim is always ontop of things :)

Man I think its obvious from all we've seen this far this series has a great future.

Actually FF8 and even FF6 had button timing for "extra dmg" in limit breaks.
